I can’t believe launch day for the Gibson International Women’s Day Collection at Nordstrom is just a few days away!!! I am counting down the days to be able to share with you what I’ve been working on the last few months!
For some background info, I have been buying and wearing Gibson clothing way before I ever started blogging. Their cozy fleece collection is what made me fall in love with the brand. These items are still amongst the top sellers on my blog nearly every single month. I’m going to link a few of them here, and you girls who have been following along for awhile will recognize most of them!
A few months ago, Gibson reached out and asked me if I would be interested in designing a piece for a collection to celebrate International Women’s Day that will launch online at Nordstrom. Ummm…YES please! Suzie, the owner of Gibson, asked me to think about what I would want to bring to the collection. What would my audience resonate most with? What is an item I wish I had in my closet? I didn’t have to think long – I knew exactly what I wanted to do!
The other girls also designed their own pieces that speaks to their style and I just love how the collection came together. There’s truly something for everyone!
Last week, all of the girls who are a part of this collection met in Seattle to celebrate the upcoming launch. We had so much fun, I really loved seeing this diverse group of women come together in this way! We spent our time with Gibson, and also got to meet some Nordstrom execs at the headquarters store. It was truly an amazing experience!! The store in Seattle is literally INCREDIBLE! I want to go back just to go see it again 😉

Gibson is also choosing a women’s charity everyday to donate $500 to daily which is just amazing, each charity is being announced in their stories daily. Amazing!!
